Why us?

There are many AI and health literacy resources out there, but very few accessibly combine AI and health specifically for healthcare providers. Most AI education and training aren't aimed at those without a technical background. There is a need for training healthcare providers who won't be working with AI at a highly technical level but will come across AI tools in their daily practice.

ZRF Group is different because we provide approachable AI education for healthcare providers. Our focus is on practical day-to-day use. We don't expect our audience to do AI research or develop AI tools. Instead, we want to help them use AI in an informed, responsible, and healthy way.

This means:

  • Evaluating health AI tools

  • Protecting their data privacy

  • Using AI in ways that benefit them

  • Staying vigilant about pitfalls and risks of AI

  • Educating their patients about AI

  • "I was very impressed with the ZRF Group's presentation on Understanding AI Vital Signs: What Every Clinician Needs to Know. The ZRF Group team provided a detailed outline of their workshop and were extremely adaptable in applying their AI Vital Signs framework to AI tools that are relevant to our learners' practice setting... We would be thrilled to have the group present on healthcare AI topics again in the future!"

    Minoo D’Cruz, MD
Associate Program Director, Clinical Operations, Swedish First Hill Family Medicine Residency

  • “Zainab did a fantastic job presenting to an interprofessional group of health professions students about health literacy and communication. She provided wonderful resources such as the ‘5 E’s’ that these students can use in their future clinical practice and offered a relatable approach to different scenarios that improve patient care... I believe the takeaways will help them become better clinicians with improved patient outcomes.”

  • “We are so grateful to ammi.ai for hosting an AI workshop for busy moms at our library! It was such a unique and practical topic, and we were so grateful to be able to offer the class to our patrons. Communication and scheduling was very easy, and we would absolutely host another workshop!”

  • “Zainab and her team delivered quality and trustworthy digital content on health literacy and health equity topics for a newly launched section on our website. It’s hard to find the level of expertise required to do this work well in public health communications, and I’m truly grateful for our partnership.”
