ZRF Group worked on a research team with Smith Research & Consulting LLC to conduct a community health assessment for the Fifth Ward neighborhood in Houston. The assessment was informed by a Fifth Ward Council of residents, community leaders, and service providers and focused on the social determinants of health. ZRF Group worked with the team on stakeholder engagement, study design and implementation, and reporting of the final results.
