Fatema is a second-year resident at Swedish First Hill Family Medicine Residency in Seattle, Washington. Her primary interests are maternal and child health, lifestyle medicine, and the intersection of artificial intelligence and health equity. She brings her clinical perspective to the ZRF Group and provides expertise on supporting and encouraging equitable, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Fatema earned her bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences and a minor in Medicine & Society at the University of Houston, where she conducted immigrant and refugee community health projects and researched disparities in food insecurity and maternal health outcomes. She then earned her medical degree at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, with a concentration in Medical Humanities.
